Senior project manager position in Ukraine leading remote international development projects for customers in the U.S. and Europe.  The position requires a strong deliverable mindset, consulting acumen, excellent application development management skills, great customer presence, good listening and problem solving skills, and a great attitude.

Key considerations for the ideal candidate include:

• 5 years minimum experience leading high quality technical projects
• Experience leading fixed budget/fixed duration projects in a consulting environment
• Proven iterative development (e.g., RUP) background
• Strong inter-personal skills and experience communicating with clients
• Client relationship management skills
• Track record of effective people management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Well rounded business experience
• IT knowledge, preferably in .NET
• Willingness to accept a high level of responsibility and be accountable for results
• Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel
• Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian
• Ability to write effectively in English to communicate with clients and prospects (proposals, status reports, change orders, etc.)
