Our team of professioanls have engaged in large and complex telecommunication projects, specifically Telecom Billing Systems for UMC and Volia Cable. The Telecom Billing Systems we've created provide automatic billing between subscribers and providers of cable and/or cellular networks. These systems allow the provider to offer various tariff-based services that are automatically processed according to designated pricing models. All other necessary accompanying operations and actions are also supported by the system.

Responsible for the receiving trouble reports from customers, resolving them to the customer’s satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the customer

Leads to opportunities to balance service quality offered against price and customer expectation, while managing exposure to penalties and violations of contract terms
- Billing & Collections Management
Ensure that enterprise revenue is billed and collected
- Service Configuration & Activation
Responsible for the installation and configuration of the service for customers, including the installation of customer premises equipment
- Service & Specific Instance Rating
Manage Service events by correlating and formatting them into a useful format
- Resource Management & Operations Readiness
RM&O Support & Readiness Manage classes of resources, ensuring that appropriate application, computing and network resources are available and ready to instantiate and manage resource instances
- Resource Provisioning & Allocation to Service Instance
Allocate and configure resources to individual customer service instances in order to meet service requirements
- Resource Problem Management
Responsible for the management of troubles with allocated resources
- Resource Data Collection, Analysis & Control
Collect and/or distribute management information and data records between resources and service instances and other enterprise processes
