Order correction service
|
Manual service, based on getting required set of vehicles configurations, adding them to site in charge of specified dealers. We have experience with organizing about 100 people work.

Auditing service
|
Manual service that performs validation of vehicles required by dealers and ordered on site by order correction team. Vehicles are either accepted or changed to satisfy configuration requirements.

Modeling service
|
Vehicle modeling service that consists of initial modeling and models support. We have experience with modeling set of General Motors vehicles (Chevrolet, Hummer, Pontiac, Cadillac etc.), Nissan, Ford, Chrysler. Modeling is based on scraping model configuration from site, creating xml model of 2 formats and validating models through the set of rules.

Ordering production support
|
Weekly service that consists of set of preordering steps – gathering allocations from site, generating support files, based on Vehicle models, generating ordering requests, sending e-mails to dealers. We use Tomcat, Control Panel app, batch files.

Ordering correction application development and support
|
Weekly service, that involves MS SQL DB setup and update, tomcat startup, gathering statistics, updating application and removing issues. Application is designed to maintain 4 services: Nissan/GM order correction services and Nissan/GM auditing. It provides vehicle description and compares required configuration with ordered one, helps automatically login on site and change ordered vehicle. Application uses Java, MS SQL, MPS facade, XML.

Dealer Order service and Dealer Integration support
|
Development of modules that scrape (get pipelines, configurations, orders, ordering cycle status) and submit (place order on site, remove order) information on site.
